The ClearSKU validation pilot

One case.
A clear next step.

Put a marketplace product-evidence case through ClearSKU and compare the result with your current way of working. A closed case is welcome if that is easier to share.

Handled in writing. No call needed. Describe the case first, without attachments or sensitive details.

A small first step

Agree the case before sending evidence.

The fit check establishes whether ClearSKU suits the task. It does not include a full evidence review or require payment.

  1. 1

    Describe the problem

Tell us the marketplace, the type of product and what was requested or rejected. Say whether the case is live or closed. A short description is enough.

  2. 2

    Agree a safe scope

We confirm case fit, permission to use the material, redaction and the transfer route. You receive the scope and billing arrangements in writing before deciding to pay.

  3. 3

    Review the result

Compare the findings, source references and total review time with your existing workflow. At the agreed review date, decide whether another case or an ongoing workspace is worth buying.

What to prepare

Start with the material that matters.

Once permission and the transfer route are agreed, begin with the notice, product identity and two to five relevant files. Previous submission or rejection history helps where available.

Only provide material you are authorised to share. Do not send account passwords, access tokens or an entire customer archive.

A redacted case can still work

  • Remove unnecessary personal and account details.
  • Use the same replacement identifier wherever the original is the same.
  • Keep different model or GTIN values different so mismatches remain visible.
  • Keep relevant dates, document types and evidence relationships where permitted.
  • Tell the reviewer which details were removed.

Redaction does not replace the need for permission to use a client's material.

Before you decide

Clear scope. Visible limits.

Does the free fit check include case analysis?

No. It checks the task, available file formats and safe intake. The paid pilot includes the agreed setup and findings review. Triage and Full Evidence Rescue are separately scoped services.

Can you read screenshots and scanned certificates?

ClearSKU extracts available text from readable documents. Images and scanned PDFs without readable text need manual review or verified transcription. Automatic OCR is not included. We agree how to handle these files before the pilot and include the manual work when assessing time saved.

What happens after 30 days?

The written order sets the end date, export and closure arrangements, and any renewal or cancellation terms before payment. Ongoing workspace plans are discussed separately. Sending an enquiry does not start a subscription or take a payment.

What makes this worth continuing?

Your reviewer should be able to identify a specific improvement over the existing process, with findings traceable to the evidence and uncertainties still visible. We compare all preparation and review effort, not just processing time.

Will this get my listing reinstated?

ClearSKU helps organise and review the evidence. It does not submit directly to Amazon, certify legal compliance, provide legal advice or guarantee marketplace acceptance. A responsible human reviewer decides the next action.
